My next Goal

Well since I had so much success with my first goal “Giving up Sweet Tea & Soda“, I’ve decided to set myself another goal and tht is to give up white bread. For those of you that don’t know me, I love white bread, a lot of times I eat bread and butter with my dinners. Also I love hamburgers, I like hotdogs, and sandwiches. So giving up white bread isn’t going to be easy, but that’s what I thought about giving up Sweet Tea & Soda.

This morning I did some research white bread alternatives, while scanning through the Google results I saw 10 Healthy Ways to Replace Conventional Wheat Bread, most of which, I have no plans on ever trying, believe it or not, for an overweight guy, I’m picky. lol Anyway I noticed a few that I like or that I’m willing to try Corn Tortillas, Rye Bread, Lettuce and Leafy Greens, and Sourdough Bread. For me 4 out of isn’t bad, but it might be harder than I think it is.

Anyway wish me luck. Oh and I’m being lazy with exercising. I’m going to get into it, I’m just having a rough time at work. So I guess my next exercise day will be known as Exercise Day One Take 2.
