Full Body Workout

Last night I was looking for a Full Body Workout that I could do every day. So I visited YouTube and typed in “daily exercise for men at home” and I saw Full Body Workout in 12 Minutes – No equipment necessary and I thought it was interesting.

Here’s a list of the exercises that he does

1. Jumping Jacks – (set #1)
2. Push-Ups -Triangle- x 5 -Regular- x 5 -Wide- x 5
3. Jumping Jacks (set #2)
4. Mountain Climbers (set #1)
5. Elevated Abs Crunches
6. Jumping Jacks (set #3)
7. Mountain Climbers (set #2)
8. Sumo Wrestler Squats
9. Dead Man’s Plank

At the end of the video, he mentioned Trainer David, so I watched his video. In Trainer David’s video, he does a couple of different exercises

Here’s a list of the exercises that he does

1. Jumping Jacks — 15 Seconds
2. Push-ups: Diamond Push-ups x5 Regular Push-ups x5 Wide-Stance Pushups x5 (If needed, modify these pushups)
3. Jumping Jacks — 15 Seconds
4. Mountain Climbers — 15 Seconds Modified
5. Ab Reach — 15 Seconds
6. Extended Ab Reach — 15 Seconds
7. Jumping Jacks — 15 Seconds
8. Mountain Climbers — 15 Seconds
9. Stationary Lunge — 10 Reps per leg
10. Squat Jumps — 15 Seconds
11. Plank — 20 Seconds

I’m trying to stop making excuses because I did get lazy after I gained all my weight back. The reason that I gained my weight back, is because I changed what I did for a living and didn’t realize how much exercise I was getting with my old job.
