I lost 11 lbs. 12 oz

It’s been 6 weeks since my last post. Since then I changed the amount of times a day that I eat, I went from 1-2 meals a day to 3-5. Also I quit drinking soda and sweet tea. Sweet tea is my weakness. It was nothing for me to drink at least a gallon of sweet tea in a day, or a 2 liter and some sweet tea.

Now that I’ve seen how much weight I can lose just by changing my diet just a little, I’m about to see how much I can change with just a little exercise. The job I have, I walk a lot, so I’m going to try and add some exercise for the rest of my body.

I’m in no way saying that the things that I listed above are completely healthy, but I’m working with a tight budget right now. My goal is to start making my own drinks without sugar, but using natural sweeteners. My first goal was just to see how much weight I could lose, by just cutting out Soda and Sweet Tea.
