Exercise Day One

Today was my first day exercising, I did a light dumbbell workout. Currently the only weights I have is a 40 lb Vinyl Dumbbell Set. Since it was my first day exercising in a longtime, I wanted to start off really light. So, I removed the two 7.5 weights from the weight bar and worked out with the two 2.5 weights on each bar.

Before I worked out, I watched a video on Youtube The Best Pre-Workout Stretching Warm Up Routine. Burn 20% more Calories. I’m just trying to build good habits. They say, “It takes 21 days to form a new habit.” and I need all the good habits that I can get. It’s going to be hard to change 42 years of bad habits.

After I did Pre-Workout Stretching, I used the exercise routine that I found on bodybuilding.com, I did 2 sets of 10 reps of each.

THE COMPLETE WORKOUT
Squat – 2-4 Sets – 8-12 reps
Stiff Leg Deadlift – 2-4 Sets – 8-12 reps
Lying Press – 2-4 Sets – 8-12 reps
Lying Flys – 2-4 Sets – 8-12 reps
Overhead Press – 2-4 Sets – 8-12 reps
Lateral Raise – 2-4 Sets – 8-12 reps
Bent-over Rows – 2-4 Sets – 8-12 reps
Biceps Curls 1-3 Sets – 8-12 reps
Lying Triceps Extensions – 1-3 Sets – 8-12 reps
Abdominal Crunches – 2-4 Sets – 8-12 reps
